Mr Charles Brown is the Chairman of Lake House Corporation. His portfolio includes investments in energy, energy services and the transition to renewables.
Charles is the Chairman of the Emeritus of the United Nations Peace Development Foundation in China.
Charles has degrees in Architecture and Law from Cambridge University
Suellen Osborne
Managing Director and CEO
Mrs Suellen Osborne is the founder of Timor Resources and the Managing Director.
Her integrity, focus and determination have seen the project progress through early stage frontier challenges. Suellen’s experience is in equity joint ventures, large scale resource project management, infrastructure development, construction and multi disciplinary project management.
Suellen has been the Managing Director and driving force behind Timor Resources, Suellen has relentlessly provided solutions to overcome project challenges and has strived to create a reputation for the company that is anchored in creative altruism. An energetic and culturally aware leader who has built a high performance team, through diversity, the pursuit of operational excellence, innovation and strong interpersonal relationships.
Christopher Moyes
Non-Executive Director
Chairman of Moyes & Co since 1983. He has led the group’s technical, economic and contract negotiation advisory service.
Mr. Moyes has considerable experience in the energy sector and has developed specific expertise in the evaluation, negotiation, trading and financing of international oil and gas ventures.
Mr. Moyes served as president for the International Petroleum(AIPN) from 2010- 2011. He joined the board of Timor Resources in 2024.
David Timblick
Non-Executive Director
CEO of Lake House Corporation Hong Kong, Foundation in China Former Managing Director and Head in Lazard’s private placement group in Asia (14yrs) and Manager and consultant at Korea Merchant Banking Corporation.
Arthur Andersen consulting (3yrs) Degrees in MA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University as well as an MBA from INSEAD.

Filomeno DeAndrade
Executive Director & Country Manager
Mr Filomeno DeAndrade has extensive international experience of over 40 years in engineering, management and environment roles.
Filomeno is the former President of the Timorese Australian Council, former Vice President of Timorese Council in Portugal, former Head of Infrastructure, United Nations Transitional Administration of East Timor responsible for public infrastructure and former Representative of the Cabinet Member for Infrastructure.
Filomeno was born in Timor-Leste. Filomeno has represented Timor Resources in Timor-Leste since 2016, living and working in the contract area.
Dr. David King
Advisor
Dr. David King Founder and director of Eastern Star Gas Ltd, Gas2Grid Ltd and Sapex Ltd. He has substantial natural resource related experience, having previously served as CEO of North Flinders Mines Ltd, Beach Petroleum Ltd and Claremont Petroleum Limited; and more recently Galilee Energy Ltd. Dr King is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Dr. King is currently non-executive Chairman of Renergen Ltd (ASX:RLT) and non-executive Director of Litigation Capital Management Ltd (AIM:LIT). Dr. King brings strong oil and management skills and experience.
