Mr. Charles Brown is an experienced investor and business leader with a strong focus on energy, energy services, and the transition to renewable energy. He serves as Chairman of Lake House Corporation, where he oversees a diversified investment portfolio across traditional and emerging energy sectors.

Charles is also Chairman Emeritus of the United Nations Peace Development Foundation in China, reflecting his longstanding involvement in international development and peace-related initiatives.

Charles holds degrees in Architecture and Law from the University of Cambridge.

Mrs Suellen Osborne is the founder of Timor Resources and serves as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Her integrity, focus, and determination have been instrumental in advancing the company through the complexities of early-stage frontier development. Suellen brings extensive experience in equity joint ventures, large-scale resource project management, infrastructure development, construction, and multidisciplinary project delivery.

As the driving force behind Timor Resources, Suellen has consistently delivered innovative solutions to overcome project challenges while building a company reputation grounded in creative altruism. An energetic and culturally aware leader, she has established a high-performance team through diversity, operational excellence, innovation, and strong interpersonal relationships.

Christopher Moyes

Mr. Christopher Moyes is a highly experienced energy professional with a distinguished career spanning more than 55 years in the international oil and gas industry. He was appointed to the Board of Timor Resources in 2024.

Christopher has served as Chairman of Moyes & Co since 1983, where he has led the group’s technical, economic, and contract negotiation advisory services. His work has focused on advising governments and energy companies on the evaluation, negotiation, trading, and financing of international oil and gas ventures.

Previously, Christopher was President of Gaffney Cline, where he further developed his extensive expertise in petroleum economics, reserves valuation, and strategic advisory services across global energy markets.

He also served as President of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) from 2010 to 2011, reflecting his standing and leadership within the international energy negotiation community.

David Timblick

Mr. David Timblick is the CEO of Lake House Corporation Hong Kong Foundation in China. He brings over two decades of experience in investment banking, private placements, and management consulting across Asia.

Prior to joining Lake House, David spent 14 years at Lazard, where he served as Managing Director and Head of the Private Placement Group in Asia. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Manager and Consultant at Korea Merchant Banking Corporation and spent three years at Arthur Andersen Consulting.
David holds a Master of Arts (Honours) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.
David joined the Timor Resources Board in 2023.

Filomeno DeAndrade -Country Manager/Non-Executive Director

Mr Filomeno DeAndrade brings more than 40 years of international experience across engineering, management, and environmental roles. His career includes senior leadership positions such as former President of the Timorese Australian Council, former Vice President of the Timorese Council in Portugal, Head of Infrastructure with the United Nations Transitional Administration in East Timor, and Representative of the Cabinet Member for Infrastructure.

Born in Timor-Leste, Filomeno has represented Timor Resources in-country since 2016 and has lived and worked continuously within the contract area, providing deep local knowledge, leadership, and stakeholder engagement expertise.

Dr. David King is a highly experienced natural resources executive and founder and director of Eastern Star Gas Ltd, Gas2Grid Ltd, and Sapex Ltd. He has previously served as CEO of North Flinders Mines Ltd, Beach Petroleum Ltd, Claremont Petroleum Limited, and most recently Galilee Energy Ltd.

David is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Renergen Ltd (ASX:RLT) and a Non-Executive Director of Litigation Capital Management Ltd (AIM:LIT), bringing deep oil, gas, and corporate leadership expertise.
